Hi guys, Startup Repair doesn't work for me, nor can I apply Organisation Restore, either restarting with Advanced options or booting from a Windows Installation on USB. So what could be the crusade, or how do I gear up this properly?

I tried a method terminal night and I got into problems later Bootrec /Fixboot returned an Admission Denied message.

So I want to practice this the right mode & I'k hoping someone could assistance me out with a decent solution. Thanks!

    Thanks for quick intervention dmholt57!
I but checked Advanced Power Options and Fast Startup isn't amongst the options, so I can't en- or disable at first glance.

PS my Power scheme is ready to Balanced.
Well, terminal night it was set up to High Performance, just since I restored from an Image it is now set to Counterbalanced.
    Does it make a difference?
